I will hereby stress again on the procedure you need to know :
- Shoes are made to order only, exclusively tailored to your needs upon deposit of RM100 for new customer / RM50 for existing customer.
- Waiting period is 1 week from closing date or once MOQ is reached, whichever is earlier.
Should shoes be new arrival or out of stock at supplier (and suppliers will be restocking them), a longer waiting period might occur which might go up to 2-3 weeks due to uncertainty from suppliers side, delay in customs etc.
- Shoes reaches 3 days after supplier ship them out to me.
- Custom clearance are only done weekends due to hectic schedule.
- Upon arrival of shoes, a new invoice with total balance will be sent.
- Shoes will be sent next shipping day once balance is received, you will receive it the next day.
- Shoes will only be sent out via Post Laju as it will be insured against any mishap.
