Sample batch has reached us for full inspection of quality, workmanship and comfortness before pre-order has been carried out. Hence, what you see is what you get. Trust me, these heels are definitely to die for.

Orders will be placed once MOQ is reached.

Request for heels are welcomed, just attached model of heels via e-mail.

Do note there might be delays in batches due to unavailability of some heels, hence they would need to be restocked before being sent out to us. Also, QC is carried out by us before sending the heels out, hence any defected pair would have to be sent back to South Korea in order for a new pair to be sent over. Hence, only order if you can wait.

Terms

1. Please note that due to the fact that this is a pre-order, there might be chances where heels you've ordered might be out of stock, hence it is best advice that few preferences are selected.

2. Waiting period of 1-2weeks (orders usually arrive within 1 week).

3. Deposit of RM100 is required for each pair of heels, and it is non-refundable. For returning customer, deposit is RM50 per pair.

4. All prices quoted are inclusive of tax, customs, shipping from supplier to Malaysia, and handling cost.
